Kettle Gryp® - ROGUE

DESCRIPTION 

Designed and manufactured in San Diego, California, the Kettle Gryp is a portable accessory that instantly transforms a standard dumbbell (up to 55 lbs / 25 kg) into a kettlebell. Whether you want to save money and space in your training room or continue your strength program on the go, this is the simplest solution.

Although the Kettle Gryp doesn't exactly replicate the feel of a real kettlebell (due to the weight distribution of a dumbbell), it can offer several similar benefits at a fraction of the price.

Important installation information:

The dumbbell handle must be at least 4.5" long to install the Kettle Gryp. Most dumbbell handles measure approximately 6.0" from end to end, though some very light dumbbells may be shorter than 4.5". Additionally, the handle must be less than 1.5" (3.8 cm) thick at its widest point. The foam insert inside the Kettle Gryp will fit both straight and curved handles, as long as the thickest part of the dumbbell handle is under 1.5" (3.8 cm).
